We are now recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected, Bridgnorth based concern for a new E-Commerce / Online / Digital Marketing Manager. This permanent role will suit an experienced e-Commerce Manager / Digital Marketing Manager / Online Marketing Manager who is looking for their next challenge. You will be experienced in online, retail operations with a proven ability to drive organic growth across their various online platforms. The option to work from home on a hybrid basis is available for the right person.

TIG Welder / Fitter
Shrewsbury - Permanent - £14.00 - £17.00 per hr (DOE)
We are recruiting on behalf of a small but established precision engineering company based on the outskirts of Shrewsbury for a new TIG welder / Fabricator. This permanent position will suit an experienced, precision welder / fabricator who comes with a stable work history.
Depending on experience, the hourly rate will be £14.00 - £17.00 per hour.
Working as part of a small team, you’ll predominantly be working with Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Inconel.
To be considered for this role you MUST be an experienced TIG welder (used to working to tight tolerances and various gauges) as well as be able to work independently from engineering drawings. Experience of working within a scientific or semi-conductor sector would also be advantageous.

This new permanent position in Telford is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, forward thinking organisation where you’ll be given the best tools to succeed.
Based in a modern office environment, and working as part of a small Marketing team, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
· Delivering the company’s online marketing strategy
· Manage listings on various online marketplaces including own Shopify websites, amazon, eBay and more

HR & Payroll Advisor
Telford - Permanent - £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
We are recruiting for a new, permanent, Payroll & HR Advisor in Telford for a well-established, manufacturing concern. This standalone role will suit an experienced HR Advisor who also has experience in managing the full payroll process.
The duties within this role include (but not be limited to):
· Line Manager & staff HR support
· Recruitment – liaise with agencies, setting up interviews, sending out offer letters etc
· Processing high volumes of weekly and monthly pay runs
· Calculating wages, bonuses, salary increases and overtime
· Calculating statutory payments including SSP, Maternity Pay, Paternity pay etc
· Issuing tax forms (P45s, P11D etc)
· Deal with payroll queries
· Updating new starter and leaver details
· Admin duties, including recording holidays, updating personnel files etc

This brand new, hands on, transport / logistics / planning focused role will suit an experienced Transport / Planning & Logistics Manager who is looking for a role with a well-established, family owned, financially secure business.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Allocate customer orders and plan relevant, cost effective routes
· Various admin duties including producing delivery notes, scanning, updating CRM etc

Shrewsbury - Permanent - £30,000 (Plus bonus)
We are working with a Shrewsbury based concern to recruit for a new, Tele-Marketing / Lead Generation Executive to join their existing Sales & Marketing Team. Based in this forward-thinking company in their modern offices, this role will suit an ambitious, professional applicant who has a good grounding in sales / telesales or marketing. Part time hours are an option (20 - 35 hours per week, Mon - Fri) as is a hybrid working pattern with some home working as well as 3 days in the office.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Identify new customers and identify key decision makers
· Expected to make in the region of 30 – 50 calls per day
· Manage and update your pipeline and the internal CRM

R&D Lead
Telford - Permanent - Up to £45,000 (DOE)
We are recruiting with a successful & growing Manufacturing company for a new R&D Lead / Quality Chemist to join their small team. This permanent position will suit an experienced, Quality Technician / R&D Chemist looking for a role on a Monday – Friday day shift, looking to further their career in the construction products industry.
Your duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Developing new and existing products
· Research & Testing
· Develop supplier relationships
· Supporting QC testing
· Troubleshooting
· Day to day management & development of small team
You will be hard working and flexible as well as technically astute – able to work independently but also to a lead a broader team. Experience in a similar role in a related industry (construction / construction products) is essential.
You will have good communication skills, be IT literate and able to keep accurate records. Ideally your education will include a degree in Chemistry (or similar).
Salary will be c£40,000 - £45,000 (DOE).
Workshop Manager
Shrewsbury - Permanent - c£35,000 (DOE)
We are recruiting on behalf of a small, but rapidly growing, privately owned, Engineering specialist on the outskirts of Shrewsbury for an experienced Work Shop / Maintenance Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Working days, Mon – Fri.
Managing a small team of workshop staff, duties will include (but not be limited to):
All areas of daily management including
· Day to day workshop management
· Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance including PPM scheduling, test and pre-use checks as well as reactive repair
· Stock control
· Parts management and procurement
· Assisting in hands on repair as appropriate
· Liaising with & managing external service engineers
Experience of managing staff within engineering / maintenance is essential to be considered for this role, ideally in general or agricultural engineering. Practical, hands on experience is also essential.
You’ll also need to be IT literate and have experience of managing an engineering stores environment. You’ll need to posses a valid, UK drivers licence as there will be a need for occasional travel to support breakdowns etc.
Excellent communication, man-management and organisational skills are all essential from the right applicant.
Stock Controller
Shrewsbury - Permanent - c£32,000 (DOE)
We are working closely with a Shrewsbury based concern to recruit for a new Supply Chain / Inventory Planner / Purchasing Administrator / Buying Assistant / Procurement Support. Based in modern offices, this new, permanent position will be based within a small procurement and inventory control team.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Maintain system Inventory levels
· Maximise supplier discounts and performance
· Ensure optimum stock level holding
· Use MRP for forecasting
· Planning
· Expediting orders
· Assist in in sourcing new suppliers
· Raise Pos and receipt of deliveries etc

We are recruiting with a well-known and respected Telford organisation for a new Administrator / Office Co-ordinator to join them on an initial 12-month basis. The company are ideally looking for someone available at short notice but are happy to wait for the right person to serve notice in their current role. This is a full time role in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Updating CRM database
· Compiling and distributing correspondence
· Compliance Admin
· Co-ordinate bookings
· Provide other, ad hoc administrative support to the department
· Ensure customers enquiries are dealt with accurately and efficiently

We are recruiting with a successful, food processing company in Shrewsbury for a new Production Operative / Operations Team Member to join them on a permanent basis. Working days, Monday – Friday, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Operative who wants to join a rewarding, professional company with a good salary and benefits package.
Reporting into the Production Manager, duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Feeding automated food processing machines
· Packing up and labelling products
· Assisting goods out and warehousing
· Ensure you adhere and support H&S, Quality and cleanliness at all times
Relevant applicants should have an adaptable, flexible approach and be a dynamic, team player. You will ideally have worked in an automated, food processing environment previously and be happy ‘getting stuck in’.
