We are recruiting on behalf of a large manufacturing company in Telford for a permanent Customer Service / Sales Support Administrator. Based in Telford, this full time role is in a busy, small, but crucial area of the business.
The role is supporting manufacturing in handling a large volume of orders that come through, ensuring they are processed accurately and also providing more general admin support to the sales team and providing information for the customers.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
· Receiving, collecting, checking and inputting of all daily received sales orders
· Prompt and positively deliverance of order acknowledgements with correct prices, part numbers and realistic delivery dates

This new post will suit a reliable, hardworking and flexible individual and offer promotion prospects and plenty of overtime. As well as the ability to lead the small team on a day to day basis, you will also be able to demonstrate a high level of IT / AV / technical understanding.
This is a permanent position, 09:00 – 17:30,Mon – Fri but with overtime so you will need to be flexible on your working hours at times.
Reporting into a Warehouse Manager, your duties will include (but not be limited to):

You’ll be working in a clean, modern warehouse environment where you’ll be provided with PPE and uniform (after probation period) and be working with state of the art IT and other technical equipment on a daily basis.

· Unloading deliveries
· Booking stock in and out on the system
· Quality Inspection work
· Re-stocking of stores shelving
· PAT Testing

The role comes with the potential to work from home on a hybrid basis as well as from the Telford office and there is also flexibility on the working hours (37.5, Mon – Fri).
