" I had a truly fantastic experience working with Lee Pickford. From our very first conversation, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. We spoke on a Monday, and by Thursday I had a job offer in hand - surely the perfect relationship to have with a recruiter! Lee understood exactly what I was looking for, kept me updated every step of the way, and made the whole process feel effortless. Even checking in with me during my first few days. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Thank you Lee! "
