We are working with a Shrewsbury based concern to recruit for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their small, existing customer service team on a permanent basis. Based in modern offices, this role will suit a confident, professional applicant with a strong customer focus and an eye for detail.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):

Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

We are seeking a highly organised, commercially aware Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of customer projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, in full, and to the highest standards.
This is a full time, permanent position. You will have experience in Civil Engineering or similar to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Manage projects from sales order through to completion, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
- Coordinate effectively with engineering, warehouse, purchasing, and operations teams.
- Maintain and improve gross profit (GP) through strong commercial decision-making
- Allocate resources efficiently and oversee quality control throughout each project phase.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Respond to customer issues and Early Warning Notices (EWNs) with timely, accurate written and verbal evidence.
- Ensure all documentation is completed to secure full payment prior to commissioning and O&M handover.
Operational Excellence
- Support continuous improvement in purchasing, carriage efficiencies, and supplier management.
- Reduce the number of POs per supplier and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Attend and contribute to EOS meetings, reporting weekly on project scorecard measurables.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
You will oversee and report on key project metrics, including:
- Engineer progress (Red/Green days, % completed in full)
- Customer service issue resolution times
- Timeframes from order to drawings, approvals, purchasing, production, and delivery
- Purchasing performance (WO/PO reports, carriage savings)
- GP reporting, stock and sub-assembly status, and dispatch/invoicing

Technical Engineer
Telford (with local travel) - Permanent - Up to £30,000 (DOE)
We are recruiting with a successful, expanding business in Telford for a new Technical Support Engineer / Telecoms Specialist / Technical Engineer. This permanent position will suit an experienced IT professional who is looking for a next step in their career with a professional and rewarding organisation. The role requires West Midland wide travel, so a valid UK driving licence is essential.
The role will involve duties including installation & configuration of various communication systems as well as fault finding and customer support & training.
You’ll be supporting customers in and around Shropshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire and Mid Wales and your role will require regular travel in these areas.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have experience in a similar role. You will have experience within an IT and or telecommunication support / software-based support role and have the ability and desire to learn all about this bespoke product.
Standard hours are 08:30 - 17:30, Mon – Fri but some flexibility will be needed given the field-based elements of the role. You will be based in Telford, so should live within a commutable distance of here.
You will be professional, flexible and well organised as well as having excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with customers of various levels and technical knowledge.

Digital Marketing Executive
Telford - Permanent - (£28,000 - £40,000)
We are recruiting with a well-established and successful Sales and Distribution specialist for a new Digital / Online Marketing / Ecommerce Executive. This new permanent position in Telford is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, forward thinking organisation where you’ll be given the best tools to succeed.
Based in a modern office environment, and working as part of a small Marketing team, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
· Delivering the company’s online marketing strategy
· Manage listings on various online marketplaces including own Shopify websites, amazon, eBay and more

We are now recruiting for a new, permanent Account Manager for a successful, Telford based organisation. This exciting new role requires some UK travel so you MUST have a valid UK drivers licence.
The full time, permanent role comes with a good salary, great package (inc bonus), the option to work from home on a hybrid basis (you must therefore live close enough to also work from the Telford office on a regular basis) and you’ll be representing one of the leading industry brands.

R&D Lead
Telford - Permanent - Up to £45,000 (DOE)
We are recruiting with a successful & growing Manufacturing company for a new R&D Lead / Quality Chemist to join their small team. This permanent position will suit an experienced, Quality Technician / R&D Chemist looking for a role on a Monday – Friday day shift, looking to further their career in the construction products industry.
Your duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Developing new and existing products
· Research & Testing
· Develop supplier relationships
· Supporting QC testing
· Troubleshooting
· Day to day management & development of small team

This thriving business is looking for applications from successful marketing professionals that can display strong departmental and man-management skills as well as a commercial flair and have a track record of delivering structured growth. There is the ability to work from home a couple of days a week for the person.
Acting as part of the SMT, duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Manage day to day activities of Marketing Team including Ecommerce & Digital Marketing

Working days, Monday – Friday, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Operative who wants to join a rewarding, professional company with a good salary and benefits package.
Reporting into the Production Manager, duties will include (but not be limited to):
· Feeding automated food processing machines
· Packing up and labelling products
· Assisting goods out and warehousing
